1. Arts & crafts vendors must call (336) 998-8877 and pre-register before May 11th, 2005.
2. Arts & crafts vendors must have submitted the invoice with payment (donation) of $40.00 in check form made out to Mocksville Lions Club and sent to Mocksville Lions Club, c/o Lion Jonathan Wishon, 284 Gordon Drive, Advance, NC 27006.
3. All crafters & vendors must be on-site and setup to sell before 12 noon on Saturday, May 14th 2005. You may come in as early as Friday afternoon to set up if you want and stay onsite or stay at nearby hotels, motels, or campgrounds.
4. RV’s are welcome to park on-site. We ask that you park off to the side as not to block other incoming traffic.
5. You may set up to sell your arts & crafts either inside designated covered arbor with concrete floor (if space is available) or you may set up wherever you can find space suited to your liking on the picnic grounds not already taken.
6. You will be responsible for your own tables and chairs and coverings from the weather.
7. Mocksville Lions Club, Town of Mocksville, Davie Parks & Recreation and Mocksville Masonic Lodge is not responsible for any thefts and injuries sustained during this event.
8. Mocksville Lions Club is restricting vendors not to have duplicating items to be sold at this event so that all vendors can make money and be enticed to come back next year.
9. We restrict that all items sold be tasteful in nature since this is a family event.
10. No alcohol or drugs will be allowed on the grounds. There will be public and private law enforcement on-site during this event.
11. Arts & crafts vendors will have passes waiting on them at the gate upon arrival.
12. Please have approximately a six-sentence write-up typed up for our MC to publicize your arts or crafts being sold. You may donate an item to be given away by a drawing during the event if you wish.
13. Mocksville Lions Club is only accepting arts & crafts vendors. Food & Beverage vendors are not permitted at this event as the Lions Club will be providing this service.
