Mocksville Lions Club

August 4:          Lions business and general meeting / business at 6pm, general at 7pm

August 12:        Mocksville Lions Annual Golf Tournament / call President Terry Lewis at 998-7552 for details.

            The Third Annual (Captains Choice Super-ball) Mocksville Lions Golf Tournament for the Blind and Visually Impaired will be held on Friday, August 12, 2011 at the beautiful Bermuda Run West Country Club in Advance, NC.  
            All proceeds from our tournament go to direct use for the blind and visually impaired in our county and state. No funds are used for administrative purposes of the club!
            You can support our efforts in the following ways:

Hole sponsorship:    $100.00 and your business will be advertised with a very nice sign at
                                 a tee box on selected holes.
Team sponsorship:  $280.00 per four person team /  includes golf, cart, meal, and prizes
Individual player:    $70.00   we can team you with other players
Prizes:                      Businesses are encouraged to donate a prize to be awarded to players
Donations:               The club will be glad to take a donation in any amount. The entire
                                donation will used for the blind and visually impaired.

Tee Times:               8:15 am and 1:00 pm sharp.   Please arrive early to register! 

August 18:        Business meeting at 6pm  Davie County Library

September 1, 2011:  Lions Charter Cookout / to be held at the Lions Den (aka: Masonic Lodge)   Steaks, salad, baked potatoes, dessert, yum! yum!  Lions members, spouses and their significant others invited.

September 10, 2011 :  Center Fair Bar BQ / Lions to sell Camp Dogwood tickets?

September 15, 2011: Lions Board of Director’s Meeting, 6 pm at the library.

September 25, 2011:  Lions Litter Sweep /  we clean up our section of highway for the Adopt a Highway Program.

October 6, 2011:   Lions General Meeting at the Den

October 20, 2011:  Lions Board Meeting at the library

November 3, 2011:  Lions General Meeting at the Den

November 17, 2011:  Lions Board Meeting

December 1, 2011:  Lions General meeting at the Den

December 15, 2011:  Lions Board Meeting ?
